King Studio features a spacious layout. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel is notable.

The bathroom layout felt awkward, with a shower centrally placed. The pool area showed signs of neglect and could use some attention. Used towels remained for too long. During breakfast, a chaotic mix-up caused delays in service, as guests waited excessively for coffee and food items ran out. Internet connectivity was unreliable , leaving us without access.

The hotel is unique and spotless with brilliant food and amicable staff. The atmosphere of the property is special! The location is amazing, just next door to city centre.

The room was unique & neat with a big bath, amazing view on mountains, as example. The location was stunning, within walking distance of telavis bazari Shopping Mall. The provided service was exceptional.

I adored the unique, artistic decor that makes each space feel inviting. The charming little pool offered a serene escape where I could unwind. Plus, the breakfast was a good experience with local dishes and extravagant presentations that highlight Georgian culinary traditions.

The suite was lovely looking, had central heating, a personal safe and flat-screen television. The location of the hotel was stunning - within a close distance from Giant Plane Tree.

i was here for 1 night and ate at authentic restaurant with truly beautiful cuisine. the staff were super friendly and very pleasant and were around whole time. also, location was amazing and particularly good, at a short distance from palace of erekle ii.

Amazing suite experience

Y'all, the vibe here is something else! The decor had me feelin' right at home, and that breakfast spread? Lord, I could feast on it every mornin'. They even sorted us out with a lovely balcony room after our mix-up. Bless their hearts, those folks sure know how to treat ya!

The large double room was bright and comfy, but the Wi-Fi barely worked.

I stayed in the Suite with Hot Tub for 2 nights, and it was such a cozy spot! The room was clean and stylish. That bathtub was super Instagram-worthy. The breakfast was amazing too, with coffee, juice, and a ton of options like Georgian bread and eggs. The staff really went out of their way to help, even arranging flowers for my anniversary dinner.

I loved the beautiful suite with a soaking tub and the delicious breakfast buffet that started each day perfectly. Unfortunately, the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Stayed at communal hotel for 2 nights in a large double room. The staff was fantastic. Enjoyed the cozy room and the seasonal outdoor pool. The location was convenient, close to everything we wanted to explore.

The landlady provided excellent assistance, and the hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Breakfast options were good. There is convenient parking available with vehicles, and the hotel is within walking distance to the city center.

The noise from the main street was somewhat disruptive.
